Hi, I’m Ashish Kulkarni, and I created Founders Psyche to delve into the fascinating world of psychology in entrepreneurship. My curiosity lies in understanding the nuances of psychological traits that lead to success in the startup ecosystem, and I am eager to work with both founders and investors to explore these dynamics.

With dual Master’s degrees in Management and Big Data & Business Analytics from IE Business School, and extensive experience in venture capital and startup ecosystems, I bring a unique perspective to the challenges faced by entrepreneurs. My journey includes pivotal roles such as a Research Assistant at INSEAD, where I was involved in a government-funded project analyzing entrepreneurial decisions. As a Co-Founder of FundEnable, I gained a deep understanding of the investment landscape and the hurdles startups must overcome to secure funding and achieve strategic growth.

Through Founders Psyche, I aim to bridge the gap between psychological theory and practical application, offering insights and tools that can foster resilient, adaptive, and successful businesses. Whether you’re navigating complex decisions, managing team dynamics, or building personal resilience, my content is designed to provide actionable insights and support.
